How to use:

Unscrew the long side of the liner. Holding your eye by the outer corner, tighten it just a bit to even out the skin. Then, using tiny little dashes, start drawing a line from the center of the lash line out to pass the outer corner of the eye by a few millimeters (or for more dramatic look, extend the line further out). Next, starting in the inner corner of the lash line connect the line to the middle of the line.
